While Antique Bottles ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Antique Bottles is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

Antique Bottles reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Antique Bottles decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Antique Bottles considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

Antique Bottles offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

To return a product, please contact Antique Bottles within 3 days of receipt.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Antique Bottles reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Shipping Details

Antique Bottles will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post; special arrangements can be made upon request.

Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia and 21 for any international deliveries.

All items are packaged well with bubble pack and housed inside strong cartons. All parcels are insured to the first $50. You are responsible for the item/s from the time of payment; if you require full insurance please notify Antique Bottles at the time of placing the order.

Antique Bottles will do everything in our power to secure each delivery and when necessary follow through any insurance claim for our clients.
