Bendigo  Swap  Meet

The Bendigo Swap Meet is held on the third weekend of November each year at Bendigo, Victoria. The venue is the Bendigo Showgrounds - yes the complete Showgrounds, that includes all the sheds, pavillons and the oval.  In fact, just about every inch of ground is taken up with an array of car parts, Motor Cycles, Memorabillia and collectables of just about anything imaginable.

I don't have any images of this great - I mean GREAT Event, but come back to this site after November and I will post a few images. With over 2000 stall holders and about 20 000 public through the gates it is a large event. Better still go to Bendigo and see for yourself. Whilst you are there come along to my site (site number 1415 & 1416) for a chat and tell me what you think of the Swap Meet.

If you are into cars, this year I may have a friends original GT Falcon on site.

The gates open to the Public Saturday at 6.00 pm. No selling is allowed on Friday. Sunday many stall holders are gone, but those who are left are usualy willing to negotiate a bargain or two. Be there and be early to get the best bargains.
